Returns Policy


We want you to be 100% in love with your purchase every time.

If for any reason you aren't happy please contact us at within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can help.

If the item is faulty, we can either issue an store credit or a refund! The item will need to be sent back to us for assessment before a refund is confirmed. 

Return Shipping to be paid by the customer.

Sorry but we do not refund or exchange due to perceived colour variations due to inconsistencies of computer screens vs. real garment colours. 

By purchasing you agree to these terms and conditions.

If approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for this payment to appear in your account.



If you have changed your mind - that's ok!

We will happily offer you an exchange, or a store credit to be used within 3 months. 
You will need to return the item to us within 14 days in original condition with all original packaging in tact, please note this is super important and we will use our discretion if this condition is not met.

For a change of mind return all subsequent shipping charges will be at your expense and you will not be eligible for any further free shipping in relation to the returned order.

Should our size no longer be available a credit note for our online store will be issued. 

Please keep in mind that as per consumer affairs and under the fair trade authority, we only offer an exchange or credit for any change of mind orders.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
