We offer pre-order items in order to keep our retail prices affordable as possible. It allows us to retail a wide range of products and it means that your size and style will be available most of the time.
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has just been released or is an item which we purchase in bulk to keep our prices low and affordable. We may also offer a pre-order item when our suppliers have a production about to commence. All items that are “pre-order” items will be stated clearly so please check this when purchasing. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a pre-order purchase. Pre-order items are NOT handmade.
When you place your pre-order it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer/designer. The pre-order is paid for so your item/items can be allocated to your order.
Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates. This is due to the manufacturer/designers' production schedules and sometimes an item may arrive several weeks before or after.
We do not currently offer split orders, if your order consists of In Stock and Pre-Order items, we will ship all items together once the Pre-Order items have been delivered to our warehouse for quality check. When you place an order, only one shipping payment is required. If you request to have items available for immediate sending to be posted, an additional postage fee is applicable and only once this payment is made, we will part ship an order.
PRE-ORDER TIME FRAME:
The turn around time for delivery is usually between 4-6 weeks. Occasionally it can take up to 8 weeks if our supplier does not have the item/s in stock they then have to produce them which results in a longer delivery time. This does not take into consideration international shipping delays, public holidays or production delays for large orders that we are processing. We try our best to send the items to you within this time frame but there can be delays in your order that are out of our control so please allow 6 weeks before contacting us as we do not send updates to each individual.
Once your order arrives to our warehouse we will perform Quality Control and send your items within 24-48 hrs. If there has been a delay or something has gone wrong with your order we will contact you immediately.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY?
All of our orders are processed via our website. Upon fulfilling your item, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking information (where applicable) to the email address you provided when you made your purchase. Your parcel is then sent within 24/48 hours to be processed via Australia Post. Please be sure to check your spam and junk mail to see if there is any information regarding your order. If it has been less than 4 weeks and you are yet to receive your shipping confirmation, please wait a little longer, as your order has most likely not left us.
Please note: We do not send update emails regarding preorders. We send two emails which will be the Order Confirmation email and an email advising that your order has been dispatched.
CAN I CANCEL MY PRE ORDER?
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled as a special order has been made exclusively for you with the designer which means your item is already in production and it has been paid for. Pre-order items are only eligible for a refund if the item is faulty.

Upon ordering from our pre-orders, you are committing to purchasing from Birdie Blossom under the mentioned guidelines and agree to above turn around timeframes and conditions of sale.
You also acknowledge there may be delays with orders and have ordered correct sizing to allow for timeframes.
WE DO NOT REFUND PRE-ORDERS.
If you have changed your mind - that's ok!
We will happily offer you an exchange, or a store credit to be used within 3 months.
You will need to return the item to us within 14 days of receiving the item in original condition with all original packaging in tact, please note this is super important and we will use our discretion if this condition is not met.
WHAT IF I NEED ANOTHER SIZE IN A PRE-ORDER ITEM?
Should you need a different size, you can place another order and send back the first item (in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn and all tags attached) and we will refund that item once it is received back in perfect condition.
